Move-In Procedure Checklist
Steps required once you have been approved to lease a unit:
  1. Activate your AppFolio tenant portal (via invitation email).
  2. Review and sign the lease agreement.
  3. Pay security deposit and a full month’s rent through AppFolio tenant portal. If proration is involved, it will take place in the second month of tenancy.
  4. Fill out the Utility Account Service Verification form and email it to linkha@sgvmanagement.com.
  5. Call the office at (626) 574-0828 to arrange key pick-up.
