MOVE-OUT & GIVING NOTICE TO VACATE

If you are on a month-to-month agreement, tenancy may be terminated by Resident after service upon SGV Management, LLC of a written 30-day Notice of Termination. Tenants must submit the official intent to vacate form in order to begin the move-out process. The Notice of Intent to Vacate form can be filled out, saved, then returned to us by email to linkha@sgvmanagement.com or faxed to 626-609-3444. Click the link below for the form:
